I brought in another load of fabric this past weekend and have been consumed with organizing…well, really I had no choice since I couldn't walk through this place without falling over something. LOL Anyhow, here are more lovlies for your viewing pleasure :o) Pinks and Lavenders…vintage Desley, chenilles, hobnails and other cotton wovens. I hope to get back to adding more fabrics for sale at my website in the next week. I'm going out of town again this Friday but I'll be getting it done just as fast as I can!! Check back often to see what's new.

This is an assortment of odd sizes of some felted wools I have done lately. All of the lighter pink colors are pieces of wool sweaters and the hot pink is pieces of wool fabric. I will have mini bundles of this for sale very soon. I have all different colors and will offer many different color combinations. They will be great for pinkeeps, the cute little softies that are being created, art dolls, penny rugs, etc. The felting does take some time and I have to be extra careful not to clog up my washing machine filter. :o/ Been there done that..LOL NOT a good thing…I'll have some up for sale in the next two weeks probably. If you would like to be notified when they will be available please leave me a comment.

Isn't this just the coolest fabric?? Yeah, I know, I say that alot :o) But it's really cool!! There are many different vintage Alice in Wonderland fabrics. I think this one is from the 1950's but it could be the 1960's. Now for reproductions I like the Japanese Imported fabrics...take a look at the Alice In Wonderland fabric over at Repro DepotThere are a bunch of variations for this theme. It's a timeless design for sure.
To those that have inquired about buying this piece:
This piece is part of my personal stash…can't bring myself to let go of it right now. I keep thinking there's a whimsical project that will come from it. :o) Check back later..I may let go of some fat quarters at some point.

You are looking at a classic Wilendur brand design that is so vibrant. This company was known for the exquisite and clearly defined designs. You will come across red roses, yellow roses, ivy, cherries, strawberries and more. This Wilendur panel is from actual yardage that you could buy. I will be adding this to my website catalog. I have many of these available. Gramas Attic has an article about Weil & Durrs that has alot of good information.

Here are a few Feedsack fabrics from my personal stash. I'll be adding more of them in the weeks to come. GetCrafty has a great page of info and links about Feedsacks. Here is a good quilt history page that talks about the use of Feedsacks in quilts. And this one by Jane Clark Stapel
